2012 Chi Chapter Advisory Board

Allison Squires, Chapter Adviser, Chi, University of Montana, ‘07

Allison has served the chapter as Chapter Adviser since the fall 2010 semester. She lives locally in Missoula and feels that volunteering with the chapter has been really rewarding, particularly seeing all the progress the chapter is making! Allison is happily engaged and she is the proud parent of a 2 year old bunny named Pancake! Additionally, she works locally on campus as the writer/editor at University Relations at UM and in her spare time she loves running, blogging, cooking, reading, and spoiling Pancake!

Leah Schnall Johnson, Chapter Operations Adviser, Chi, University of Montana, ‘07

Leah joined the advisory board in the spring 2011 semester after moving back to Missoula from Alaska. She is married to Garrett Johnson (Sigma Phi Epsilon-Montana Alpha 2005) and is the proud new mom of her son Brent Andrew James Johnson. Leah worked in hospitality sales upon her return, but recently took a position of Administrative Secretary at Hellgate High School. Leah loves volunteering with Alpha Phi because she loves seeing the wonderful forward progress and she is excited to see where the new chapter officers take the house next!

Lori Lyman Losee, Program Development Adviser, Beta Rho, Washington State University, ‘01

Lori is a highly experienced Program Development Adviser! In addition to supporting Chi in this role, she also serves as the Program Development Adviser for both the Beta Rho chapter at Washington State and the Iota Nu chapter at Kentucky. Additionally, Lori serves the Fraternity at the regional level as the Alumnae Membership Coordinator for the Pacific Northwest Region. When she’s not busy with Alpha Phi, Lori enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and two boys (7 and 4). Lori also excels as the owner of a successful wedding and event planning company in Tacoma, WA called Elegant Affairs.

Courtney Lavigne, Marketing Adviser, Beta Zeta, University of Idaho,  ‘08

Courtney originally joined the advisory board in fall 2010 as the Chapter Operations Adviser. In fall 2011, she took on the Marketing Adviser role and has helped to guide the officers in having an outstanding philanthropy event. With the inception of the Red Dress casino night, Courtney helped the chapter to plan and organize a very fun event that raised $5,000 for the Alpha Phi Foundation. Courtney lives locally in Missoula with her fiancé.

Krystel Avelar Lockyer, Recruitment Adviser, Beta Zeta, University of Idaho, ‘08

As the Recruitment Adviser, Krystel has the important job of helping coach the women and ensure they have a successful formal recruitment in addition to staying at campus total of 60 members all year. Krystel currently lives in Pocatello, ID with her husband Zach and puppy named Yogi. She teaches 6th grade science and Engligh and loves to travel, take spinning classes and go on long walks with her husband and puppy. Krystel volunteers with Chi because she loves spending time with the women, helping to create new recruitment trends in UM Greek life, and to simply see the excitement on our member’s faces when they recruit a large new member class!

Diana Ruecker Thome, Scholarship Adviser, Beta Rho, Washington State University, ‘01

Diana currently lives in Pasco, WA with her husband, son, and a mystery baby on the way! She is a veterinarian in her professional life and she volunteers as the Scholarship Adviser for both Chi Chapter and the Beta Rho Chapter at Washington State. In addition to those roles, she is also serving as the Program Development Adviser for Alpha Phi’s new colony at Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA. Diana loves working with Chi chapter because she sees great emerging leaders and she enjoys seeing them work hard to improve their chapter.

Danielle (Dee) deBouver, New Member Adviser, Chi, University of Montana, ‘10

Danielle is supporting the chapter as New Member Adviser because she believes that new member education is the foundation of lifelong membership. She loves to watch new members learning about and experience Alpha Phi’s core values. Currently, Dee lives in Fairfield, CT working as a freelance journalist and in addition to supporting the Chi Chapter, she also serves as the Chapter Adviser for the Iota Kappa chapter at Dartmouth.
